"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me...Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me"-Christ speaking to His disciples (Matthew 25: 35-40, ESV)
The purpose of the HCPMA's Outreach Food Pantry is to share the love, hope, and good news of Jesus Christ through:
1) Spiritual support through Christian ministry
2) Physical support through Hunger Relief efforts
Through the dedicated volunteers at the Outreach Food Pantry (East Plaza Professional Center, Suite #20, 925 East Main Street, Havelock, NC) much is accomplished for the spiritual and physical needs of residents of Havelock and Harlowe who require that "extra lift" when the need arises.
If you are interested in volunteering or just want to see what it's all about, please visit our VOLUNTEER page or come by our facility. The Food Pantry is open for visitors and for customers needing food and spiritual encouragement during the following times:
Monday-Wednesday and Friday. Please visit between 10:00am through Noon and 1:00pm-2:00pm
